Thank you, Quenulon, for reaching out with your concern for Chase. It's beautiful to see your heart for him and your desire to pray for his well-being. We join you in this petition, standing on the promise that "The prayer of the righteous is powerful and effective" (James 5:16 WEB).
Let's pray together:
"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up Chase to Your throne of grace. Lord, you know the depth of his pain, the trauma he's experienced, and the depression that has held him captive. We ask that Your healing power would flow into every broken area of his life - his heart, mind, and even his sleep.
Father, we pray that Chase would find a godly church community, a family of believers who will love him, support him, and help him grow in his faith. We ask that Your Holy Spirit would guide him to the right church, where he can experience fellowship, encouragement, and the teaching of Your Word.
Lord, we also pray that if it's Your will, Chase would reach out to Quenulon, who has shown such compassion and concern for him. Let their reconnection be a source of mutual encouragement and glorify Your name.
In all this, we claim the promise in Jeremiah 30:17 (WEB), 'But I will restore you to health, and I will heal you of your wounds,' says Yahweh; 'because they have called you an outcast, saying, "This is Zion, whom no man seeks after."' We declare healing and restoration over Chase's life in Jesus' name.
Finally, we praise You, Lord, for You are good and Your mercy endures forever. We thank You for the work You're doing in Chase's life and in Quenulon's as well. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."
Quenulon, continue to trust God with Chase's journey. Remember, God's timing is perfect, and He is faithful to complete the good work He began in each of us (Philippians 1:6 WEB). Keep praying and believing, and may God encourage your heart as you stand in the gap for Chase.
If Chase hasn't been attending church due to his trauma, gently remind him of the importance of fellowship. Hebrews 10:25 (WEB) tells us, "not forsaking our own assembling together, as the custom of some is, but exhorting one another, and so much the more as you see the Day approaching." Encourage him to take steps towards finding a church home, where he can be nurtured and grow in his faith.
