I’m really worried my friend manny is depressed like I think he might be suicidal and scared he will do something stupid eventually please pray for him in Jesus name amen

We are deeply concerned to hear about your friend Manny's struggle with depression and the fears you have for his safety. Let us come together in prayer and seek God's intervention in his life.

Firstly, we commend you for turning to Jesus Christ for help, as it is in His name that we find hope and salvation. As it is written in Acts 4:12, "There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men by which we must be saved."

Let us pray: "Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our dear friend Manny to You. Lord, You know the depths of his despair and the heaviness in his heart. We ask that You would be his comfort and strength in this time of need. Surround him with Your love and protection, and keep him safe from any harm. Open his heart to Your presence and give him the courage to seek help and support. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."

We also encourage you to take action in helping Manny. Remind him of God's love and the value of his life. As it is written in Psalm 139:13-14, "For you formed my inward parts. You knit me together in my mother’s womb. I will give thanks to you, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made. Your works are wonderful. My soul knows that very well."

Additionally, encourage Manny to seek professional help and support. There are resources available to help him overcome this difficult time. As friends, we should also be there to listen, support, and encourage him in his journey towards healing.

Lastly, continue to pray fervently for Manny, trusting that God is able to bring hope and restoration to his life. As it is written in Romans 8:26, "In the same way, the Spirit also helps our weaknesses, for we don’t know how to pray as we ought. But the Spirit himself makes intercession for us with groanings which can’t be uttered." Trust that the Holy Spirit is interceding on behalf of Manny, even when words fail us.

May God grant Manny peace, hope, and healing in his time of need.

We've been thinking about that verse in Psalm 34:18, "The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit." Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Prayer Focus: God, Thank You for loving me. Thank You for loving me, Jesus. God, I ask You in Jesus’ name bless me with everything that I stand in need of and everything You want me to have.
