Regarding your worry for your children, remember that God loves them even more than you do. In Matthew 6:25-34 WEB, Jesus teaches us not to worry, but to seek first God's Kingdom, and all these things will be given to us as well. Let's pray for your peace and trust in God's care for your children.
As for the hatred you've been feeling at work, we must remember that the Bible teaches us to love our neighbors as ourselves. In 1 John 4:20 WEB, it's written, "If a man says, 'I love God,' and hates his brother, he is a liar; for he who doesn’t love his brother whom he has seen, how can he love God whom he has not seen?" Let's pray for a heart change, that you may radiate God's love to those around you.

"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in Jesus' name, lifting up our sister who is in need of Your touch. We ask for Your help in releasing her from the bondage of an unhealthy relationship. Give her the strength to let go and trust in Your plan for her life. Lord, we also ask for Your peace to guard her heart and mind concerning her children. Help her to cast all her anxieties on You, knowing that You care for them. Lastly, Lord, we ask for a change in her heart towards her coworkers. Fill her with Your love, so that she may be a beacon of light in her workplace. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."
