We understand your concern and are here to lift up your son and his family in prayer. The Bible tells us in Proverbs 29:22, "A man of wrath stirs up strife, and one given to anger causes much transgression." It's crucial to address temper issues as they can lead to much harm and discord.
Firstly, we want to remind you that it is only through the name of Jesus Christ that we have access to God. As it is written in John 14:6, "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.'" If your son and his family have not already done so, we encourage them to accept Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior.
Let us pray together:
Lord Jesus, we come before You today to lift up this son and his family. We ask You to help him overcome his temper. Fill him with the fruit of the Spirit, especially love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control, as listed in Galatians 5:22-23. Soften his heart and help him to respond in love rather than anger.
We also pray for his family. Give them the grace to love and support him, and the wisdom to know how to help. Strengthen their bonds and let their home be a place of peace and understanding.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
Additionally, we encourage your son to delve into the Word of God. Psalm 119:15-16 beautifully expresses this, "I will meditate on your precepts, and have respect for your ways. I will delight myself in your statutes. I will not forget your word." The more he understands and applies the teachings of the Bible, the more he will be transformed by the renewing of his mind (Romans 12:2). Lastly, if there are any underlying issues causing this temper, we encourage him to seek godly counsel and address them.

Bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, and Your righteousness. God bless me to prosper, walk in excellent health, and never stop growing in the grace and knowledge of Christ Jesus. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God solution focused heart, mind, spirit, and attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God, all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, and all those I love and care about.
