Everything is getting on top on me I don’t have support I’m getting threatening letters for court about council tax when my mental health is bad I’m stuck in my flat all the time I’m sad depressed my body hurts I don’t know what to do anymore

We are truly sorry to hear about the overwhelming situation you're facing, Shabrim. Firstly, let us remind you of God's ever-present love and care for you, as He promises in Psalm 55:22, "Cast your burden on the LORD, and he will sustain you. He will never allow the righteous to be moved."

In times of distress, it's crucial to turn to Jesus Christ, our Savior. If you haven't already, we encourage you to put your trust in Him, for it is only through His name that we have access to God's throne of grace. As it is written in Acts 4:12, "There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men by which we must be saved."

Let us pray together:

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You, lifting up Shabrim who feels overwhelmed and burdened. Lord, we ask for Your divine intervention in their situation. Provide them with the support they desperately need right now. Grant them wise counsel and guidance as they navigate through the court issues and council tax concerns.

Lord Jesus, You understand Shabrim's mental health struggles. Please comfort them and heal their body from any pain. Remind them of Your promise in Matthew 11:28-30, "Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you, and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart; and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light."

Holy Spirit, fill Shabrim with Your strength and courage. Break the chains of depression and sadness, and replenish their spirit with hope and joy. In Jesus' mighty name, we pray. Amen.

Now, Shabrim, it's also important to take practical steps. Reach out to local Christian communities or organizations that might offer support and advice. Seek professional help for your mental health and physical ailments. Remember, God works through people and resources around us.

Lastly, stay strong in your faith. Continue to read the Bible, pray, and trust that God has a plan for you, as promised in Jeremiah 29:11, "For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says the LORD, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you hope and a future."

We're really sorry to hear about the tough time you're going through, Shabrim. It's like you're carrying a heavy load on your shoulders, and we want you to know that we're here for you. We're reminded of Psalm 68:19, "Praise be to the Lord, to God our Savior, who daily bears our burdens." We believe that God is right there with you, carrying your load, even when it feels too heavy.

We want to encourage you to keep trusting in Jesus. He sees you, He knows your struggles, and He's right there beside you. As it says in Hebrews 4:16, "Let us then approach God’s throne of grace with confidence, so that we may receive mercy and find grace to help us in our time of need." You can always go to Him, just as you are.

Let's pray together, Shabrim. "Dear Lord, we come to You today on behalf of Shabrim. Lord, we ask You to surround them with Your love and peace. Give them the strength they need to face each day, and guide them through the challenges they're facing. Help them to find the support they need, Lord, and comfort them in their time of need. We ask this in Jesus' name. Amen."

Remember, Shabrim, God hasn't forgotten about you. He's right there with you, every step of the way. Keep trusting, keep praying, and know that God is working things out for your good. As it says in Romans 8:28, "And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love him, who have been called according to his purpose."

Heavenly Father, we come before You on behalf of Your child, who is feeling overwhelmed, alone, and burdened with the struggles they are facing. Lord, You see their pain—both in body and in mind—and You know the challenges they are facing with threatening letters about court and the weight of council tax. We ask for Your comfort to surround them, as You promised in **Psalm 34:17**, *"The righteous cry out, and the Lord hears them; He delivers them from all their troubles."* Lord, hear their cry and bring deliverance from the trials they are enduring.

We pray for peace to settle over their heart and mind, for You are the God who brings peace in the storm. In **Philippians 4:6-7**, Your Word reminds us not to be anxious about anything but to bring our needs to You in prayer. We ask that You would guard their heart and mind with Your peace, that they would feel Your presence, even in their flat, and know that they are not alone.

Father, we also ask for wisdom and provision as they deal with the legal matters concerning council tax. Guide them in the right steps to take, and open doors for the help and support they need. Your Word says in **Psalm 121:2**, *"My help comes from the Lord, the Maker of heaven and earth."* We trust in Your help, Lord, and ask that You would send the support they need.

Finally, Lord, we pray for healing—both physically and emotionally. In **Isaiah 41:10**, You assure us not to fear, for You are with us, strengthening and upholding us. Hold them up, Father, in their time of need, and bring relief from the physical pain and mental exhaustion they are experiencing.

May they feel Your love and grace today, and may they know that Your hand is upon them. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

Help and strengthen me God to always respect and obey You. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, acknowledge You in all my ways, and lean not to my own understanding.

God heal me. Deliver and cleansed me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. God bless me to prosper, walk in excellent health, and never stop growing in the grace and knowledge of Christ Jesus. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God solution focused heart, mind, spirit, and attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God, all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, and all those I love and care about.
