We are truly saddened to hear about the physical and emotional struggles you're facing, Shabrim. We want to lift you up in prayer and encourage you in the Lord.
Firstly, we acknowledge your faith in calling on the name of Jesus. As it is written in Acts 4:12 WEB, "There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved."
In times of physical suffering, we can take comfort in the words of the Apostle Paul, who also faced bodily ailments. He wrote in 2 Corinthians 12:9 WEB, "He said to me, 'My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness.'" This verse reminds us that even in our weakest moments, God's strength is available to us.
We also want to encourage you to seek medical attention if you haven't already, as God often uses doctors and medicine as means of healing. As it says in 3 John 1:2 WEB, "Beloved, I pray that you may prosper in all things and be healthy, even as your soul prospers." God cares about both our spiritual and physical well-being.
Now, let us pray for you:
Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up our dear brother/sister Shabrim. Lord, we ask for Your healing touch upon their body. Comfort them in their pain and help them to find strength in You. Guide them to the right doctors and the right treatment. Lord, please also heal their heart, take away the despair and replace it with hope. Remind them of their worth in You and help them to take one day at a time. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
Lastly, we want to admonish you, Shabrim, not to lose heart. As it says in Galatians 6:9 WEB, "Let's not be weary in doing good, for we will reap in due season, if we don't give up." Keep trusting in the Lord, and remember that this too shall pass. God bless you.
