Dear Lord, we come before You today to lift up ### and their marriage, especially as they celebrate their anniversary. We pray, Lord, that You would bless their union and strengthen their bond, just as You have designed marriage to be a reflection of Your love for the Church (Ephesians 5:25-32, WEB).
### has asked for a change of heart and deliverance from vices. Lord, we know that our hearts are deceitful above all things (Jeremiah 17:9, WEB), and we need Your help to transform us. We pray that You would give ### a new heart and put a new spirit within them, removing any heart of stone and giving them a heart of flesh (Ezekiel 36:26, WEB).
We also pray, Lord, that You would help ### overcome the vices that seek to destroy them. We know that in our own strength we are weak, but with You, we can overcome any temptation (1 Corinthians 10:13, WEB). We ask that You would fill ### with Your Holy Spirit, giving them the power to live a life pleasing to You.
We thank You, Lord, that ### has left all in Your hands. We know that You are faithful and true, and Your love endures forever (Psalm 136, WEB). We pray that ### would continue to trust in You, and that their marriage would be a testimony of Your love and grace.
We also want to remind ### of the power of praying in the name of Jesus. It is by His name that we have access to the Father, and it is by His name that we are saved (Acts 4:12, John 14:6, WEB). So, we pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.

Thank you for giving us the privilege to pray on your behalf. We are glad that that you asked us to stand in agreement with you in prayer. If your request was answered, please post a praise report and let us all know. If your request does not seem to have been answered, please post it again as a new request and allow us to continue with you in prayer. We all hope that our prayers are answered in the way that we want. Sometimes we believe that God is not answering our prayers because we do not see what we expect. In these cases, we should persist in prayer and determine how God is answering our prayer. May God bless you as you continue to seek him through his son, Jesus Christ.
