Let's lift up 
We are truly saddened to hear about the ongoing situation with Sam and Kara, as well as the health challenge you're facing. Let's bring these concerns before the Lord together, seeking His intervention and healing.
Firstly, we commend you for praying for Sam and Kara despite their actions. This is a true demonstration of Christ's love, as He taught us to love and pray for our enemies (Matthew 5:43-48, WEB). However, it's crucial to also speak the truth in love (Ephesians 4:15, WEB) and address the wrongdoings. We rebuke the evil deeds and words directed towards your family, and we pray that God will convict their hearts and bring them to repentance.
Let's pray:
"Father, we come before You in Jesus' name, asking for Your intervention in this longstanding issue. Lord, You see the pain and hurt that Sam and Kara have caused. We ask that You soften their hearts and bring conviction upon them. May they repent and turn away from their evil deeds and words. Lord, we also ask for a hedge of protection around this family, that no weapon formed against them shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17, WEB).
Now, Lord, we turn our attention to the health concern. Father, we ask for Your healing touch upon this dear one. Cancer is not of Your will, Lord, and we rebuke it in Jesus' name. We ask for complete healing and restoration, believing that by His stripes, we are healed (Isaiah 53:5, WEB).
Lord, we thank You for hearing our prayers. We ask all these things in Jesus' mighty name. Amen."
