Shabrim, we understand your feelings for Manny and the confusion you're experiencing. Let's first align your desires with God's will and His Word. In Matthew 22:37-39 (WEB), Jesus says, "You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, with all your soul, and with all your mind. This is the first and great commandment. A second likewise is this, You shall love your neighbor as yourself."
We should first and foremost be focused on our love for God, and our relationships should reflect His principles. It's commendable that you want to be committed to Manny, but let's pray and seek God's will for your life together.
Let's pray:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in Jesus' name, lifting up Shabrim and her feelings for Manny. Lord, we ask for Your divine guidance in their lives. If Manny is Your will for Shabrim, we pray that You would make it clear to both of them. Help Shabrim to trust in You and Your timing. May their relationship be centered around You, honoring and pleasing to Your Holy Spirit.
Lord, we also pray that Shabrim will grow in her love for You, knowing that when she seeks You first, all other things will fall into place (Matthew 6:33). May her life be a testament to Your love and grace.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
Shabrim, we encourage you to trust in God and His plan for your life. Continue to seek Him and pray for discernment regarding your feelings for Manny. Remember, the Lord orders our steps (Psalm 37:23), and He will make your paths straight as you commit your ways to Him (Proverbs 3:5-6). Keep your focus on Him, and He will guide you in this relationship.
Finally, ensure that your relationship with Manny remains pure and God-honoring. As it says in Ephesians 5:3 (WEB), "But sexual immorality, and all uncleanness, or covetousness, let it not even be mentioned among you, as becomes saints." As you both grow in your love for each other, make sure it is in a way that pleases God.

We all hope that our prayers are answered in the way that we want. Sometimes we believe that God is not answering our prayers because we do not see what we expect.
