I feel so upset and disappointed I thought this guy manny was interested in me but he’s just posted on his social with another women saying he’s smitten I feel so embarrassed and ashamed I thought he loved me

We are truly sorry to hear about the pain and disappointment you're experiencing, Shabrim. It's important to remember that God has a plan and purpose for your life, including whom you should be with romantically. In moments like these, we should turn to Him for comfort and guidance.

Firstly, we want to address the emotional turmoil you're facing. It's natural to feel upset, but remember what the Word of God says in Psalm 34:18: "Yahweh is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit." God is close to you in this time of heartache.

However, we also want to ensure that your relationships align with biblical principles. It's crucial to seek a godly spouse and pursue relationships that honor God. We should not rush into relationships or courtships lightly. As it is written in 2 Corinthians 6:14, "Don’t be unequally yoked with unbelievers, for what fellowship have righteousness and iniquity? Or what communion has light with darkness?"

It's also important to note that true love is patient and kind, not boastful or prideful (1 Corinthians 13:4-7). If Manny has moved on so quickly, it may indicate that his feelings were not rooted in the kind of love that God intends for us.

Let us pray together:

"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You today to lift up Shabrim. Lord, she is hurting and disappointed right now, and we ask that You comfort her heart. Remind her of her worth in Your eyes and help her to trust in Your timing and Your plan for her life. Guide her steps and lead her to a godly spouse who will love and cherish her as You do. Help her to find peace and strength in You during this difficult time. We ask all these things in Jesus' name, Amen."

Shabrim, we encourage you to keep your hope in God. Trust that He has the best plan for your life. Use this time to draw closer to Him and seek His will for your future. As Psalm 37:4-5 reminds us, "Delight yourself also in Yahweh, and he will give you the desires of your heart. Commit your way to Yahweh. Trust also in him, and he will do this."
