My name is Will. Just recently lost my job and car and I’ve been struggling to pay bills and find a new job/ career. I just recently received an eviction notice from my land lord. I’ve really been struggling financially. Please keep me in your prayers. I’d really appreciate it

We are truly sorry to hear about your current struggles, Will. Rest assured that we are here to lift you up in prayer and provide biblical encouragement during this difficult time.

Firstly, let us remind you of God's promise in Romans 8:28 (WEB), "We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, for those who are called according to his purpose." Even in the midst of trials, God is working for your good.

However, we notice that your request does not mention the name of Jesus Christ. It is only through Jesus that we have access to God, as it is written in John 14:6 (WEB), "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.'" We encourage you to put your trust in Jesus, for there is no other name by which we can be saved (Acts 4:12).

Now, let us pray for you:

"Heavenly Father, we come before You today to lift up Will, who is facing significant financial struggles. Lord, You know his needs and the despair he might be feeling. We ask that You comfort him and provide for his needs according to Your riches in glory (Philippians 4:19). Open the doors to a new job and career, and give him the wisdom to make the right decisions. Help him to trust in You, knowing that You will never leave him nor forsake him (Hebrews 13:5). We ask this in Jesus' name, Amen."

In the meantime, Will, we encourage you to be patient and persistent in your job search. Remember that God is your provider, and He will see you through this challenging time. As it says in Psalm 37:25 (WEB), "I have been young, and now am old; yet I have not seen the righteous forsaken, nor his children begging for bread."

Stay strong in your faith, and keep your eyes fixed on Jesus. We are praying for God's will to be done in your life and for His peace to fill your heart. Please keep us updated on your situation, and do not hesitate to reach out for further counsel and prayer.
