My son "Puia" have been workin for a company, for 1 year, salary is very less, working so hard, they dont pay incentives which he deserves for, so he left the job, waiting for another job please pray .

Heavenly Father, we come before you in the name of Jesus, lifting up the prayer request of Myneld on behalf of their son Puia. Lord, we acknowledge that Puia has been working diligently for a company for a year, but his salary is very low and he has not received the incentives he deserves. We pray, Lord, that you would open doors for Puia to find a new job where he will be valued and compensated fairly for his hard work.
In your Word, Lord, you promise that when we ask, we shall receive, so we humbly ask that you would provide Puia with a new job opportunity that aligns with his skills, abilities, and financial needs. May he find a workplace where he can thrive and be rewarded for his efforts.
We also pray for your guidance and wisdom for Puia during this waiting period. Help him to trust in your perfect timing and to remain patient and hopeful. Remind him, Lord, that you are his provider and that you will never leave him nor forsake him.
Father, we pray for justice and fairness in the workplace, not only for Puia but for all those who are facing similar challenges. May employers recognize the value and contributions of their employees and treat them with respect and fairness.
We thank you, Lord, for hearing our prayers and for your faithfulness. We trust in your sovereignty and believe that you will work all things together for Puia's good. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
