Dear Lord,

Our hearts can be so sensitive. Our minds race at incredible speeds. Our bodies cannot always keep up with what we feel compelled to accomplish. Anxiety often times overwhelms us, affecting us in great ways. We pray that You teach us how to slow down, how to meditate and rest in You. We ask that You would enable us to do what we need to and decline the extras that burden us. Remind us daily that we endure by Your strength! Thank You for our lives and our families. Thank You for Your loving kindness. May You walk with us everyday, helping us as we submit our plans to You in Jesus’ name AMEN!
