Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before you today on behalf of our dear anonymous friend who is seeking your guidance and intervention in their life. Lord, you know the desires of their heart, and you understand the loneliness and longing they feel. We ask that you would bring a great guy into their life, someone who will love them and be a source of companionship and support.
Your Word reminds us in Psalm 37:4, "Delight yourself in the Lord, and he will give you the desires of your heart." We pray that our friend would find their delight in you, seeking your will above all else. May they trust in your perfect timing and plan for their life.
Father, we lift up our friend's feelings of depression and loneliness. We ask that you would comfort them and fill their heart with your peace and joy. Help them to find contentment in you, knowing that you are always with them and that you will never leave them nor forsake them .
Lord, we pray that you would strengthen our friend's faith and remind them of the power of prayer. Help them to persevere in seeking you and to trust that you hear their cries. We thank you for the promise in 1 John 5:14-15, that if we ask anything according to your will, you hear us. We believe that you are a God who answers prayers, and we trust in your faithfulness.
In the name of Jesus, our Advocate and Intercessor, we present this prayer request to you. We thank you for the assurance that when we pray in his name, our prayers are heard and answered according to your perfect will. May your will be done in our friend's life, and may they experience the love and companionship they long for.

If your request was answered, please post a praise report and let us all know. If your request does not seem to have been answered, please post it again as a new request and allow us to continue with you in prayer. We all hope that our prayers are answered in the way that we want. Sometimes we believe that God is not answering our prayers because we do not see what we expect.
