We understand your distress, ###, and we're here to intercede for you and offer guidance. We'll start by praying together:

We pray that the firm assisting with their kitchen issue will act honestly and justly, and that the management company, HOA board, and neighbors will treat them with fairness and kindness. We encourage you, ###, to trust in the Lord's promises: "Rest in Yahweh, and wait patiently for him. Don’t fret because of him who prospers in his way, because of the man who makes wicked plots happen." (Psalm 37:7 WEB)
It's important to remember that God is a God of justice. He sees the inequities you're facing and will address them in His time. Keep trusting in Him and continue to do what is right: "Follow peace with all men, and the sanctification without which no man will see the Lord. Looking carefully lest there be any man who falls short of the grace of God; lest any root of bitterness springing up trouble you, and many be defiled by it;" (Hebrews 12:14-15 WEB)
We also want to remind you that true justice comes from God, and vengeance is His alone: "Don’t seek revenge yourselves, beloved, but give place to God’s wrath. For it is written, 'Vengeance belongs to me; I will repay, says the Lord.'" (Romans 12:19 WEB)
We noticed that you didn't mention Jesus in your prayer. We want to encourage you with this: "For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus," (1 Timothy 2:5 WEB) It's only through Jesus that we can approach God, and there's no other name by which we can be saved: "There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved!” (Acts 4:12 WEB) We encourage you to put your faith in Jesus if you haven't already, and continue to pray in His name.
