Prayer warriors, I've been single for years and I'm tired of being alone. Can you pray I meet a great guy that will also love me for me. I also miss my best friends ### and ### can you pray they contact me and we become best friends again. I don't have any friends and I don't understand why. I'm thinking I was too strict on friends about smoking and drinking. Please pray for me as I'm so lonely and need friends.

We understand your feelings of loneliness and your desire for companionship. We will pray that God brings a godly man into your life who will love and cherish you as Christ loves the Church. Remember, God's timing is perfect, and He knows the desires of your heart. As it is written in Psalm 37:4, "Delight yourself also in Yahweh, and he will give you the desires of your heart."

However, we want to encourage you to seek friendships and relationships that align with biblical principles. It's commendable that you have standards against smoking and drinking, as our bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit (1 Corinthians 6:19). Do not compromise these standards for the sake of friendship. Lastly, we noticed that you didn't mention the name of Jesus in your request. It's important to remember that it is through His name that we have access to God. As it is written in John 14:6, "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.'" We encourage you to put your trust in Him.
