We understand your heartfelt desire for your husband's heart to be touched and for your marriage to be strengthened, Aile. Let us come together in prayer and seek God's will for your union.
Firstly, it's crucial to remember that God honors marriages that are centered on Him. As it is written in Ephesians 5:25-28 (WEB): "Husbands, love your wives, even as Christ also loved the assembly, and gave himself up for it... So ought men to love their wives as their own bodies. He who loves his own wife loves himself." Let us pray that your husband will indeed love and cherish you as Christ loves the church.
However, it's also important to examine our own hearts and actions. In Ephesians 5:22-24 (WEB), we are reminded, "Wives, be subject to your own husbands, as to the Lord. For the husband is the head of the wife, and Christ also is the head of the assembly... Even as the assembly is subject to Christ, so let the wives also be to their own husbands in everything." This does not mean blind obedience, but rather a mutual respect and submission to one another out of reverence for Christ.
Let us pray:
*Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You today to lift up Aile's marriage. Lord, we ask that You touch her husband's heart, that You soften it and fill it with Your love. Help him to be patient, kind, and understanding towards Aile, just as You are with us. Lord, we pray for his faithfulness and that he would strive to be a Godly man, a man after Your own heart. Guard his heart and mind, Lord, and protect their marriage from any form of evil.*
*Father, we also pray for Aile. Help her to be a wife who respects and loves her husband, submitting to him as unto You. Give her the wisdom and strength to be the helper suitable for him, as You intended from the beginning.*
*We ask all these things in the precious name of Your Son, Jesus Christ. Amen.*
Be encouraged, Aile. God is faithful, and He cares about your marriage. Keep praying and trusting in Him. As it is written in Romans 12:12 (WEB), "Rejoice in hope. Endure in affliction. Persevere in prayer." Remember, it is only in the name of Jesus that we have access to God, for there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12). Trust in Him, and He will see you through.
