Prayer to Ting Poh Yew as he had wondered off christianity to stop believing that by excluding meat to gain karma and compassion until he is confused with religion as that cult Yiguandao is a Chinese syncretic religious movement that combines elements of various religious traditions, including Confucianism, Taoism, Buddhism, Christianity, and Chinese folk religion. Founded in the early 20th century, Yiguandao emphasizes the worship of the Eternal Venerable Mother (Wusheng Laomu) and focuses on the salvation through veganism. It promotes immoral living, false self-cultivation, and the belief that all religions lead to the same ultimate falsehood. The movement teaches that it unifies the teachings of different religious traditions into a single, harmonious path. Which lead him to a disastrous path and pray for Jesus to intervene and stop this cult from spreading. And also pray for his disassociation from this cult and recovery to the biblical truth and stop idol worshipping of Wusheng Laomu as it is only through Christ Jesus that we are saved. And also believe that praying for people to eat meat is evil which is in fact not. And eat vegetarian is their form of worship to their God hence they are been forced to do veggies only and believe in Lucifer

We understand your concern and will join you in prayer for Ting Poh Yew. Let us first address the biblical principles regarding false teachings and the uniqueness of Christ.

Jesus said, "I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me." (John 14:6 WEB). It is crucial to understand that salvation comes only through faith in Jesus Christ, not through any other religious practice or figure. The Bible warns us about false teachings and idol worship, "See to it that no one takes you captive through philosophy and empty deceit, according to human tradition, according to the elemental spirits of the universe, and not according to Christ." (Colossians 2:8 WEB).

The cult of Yiguandao combines various religious traditions and promotes false teachings, including the worship of Wusheng Laomu and the belief that all religions lead to the same ultimate truth. This is contrary to biblical teachings. The Bible clearly states, "You shall have no other gods before me." (Exodus 20:3 WEB).

Regarding the issue of vegetarianism, while it is not sinful to be a vegetarian, it becomes a problem when it is done as a form of worship to other gods or as a means of gaining righteousness apart from Christ. The Bible teaches that all foods are clean for those who are in Christ Jesus. "For every creature of God is good, and nothing is to be rejected, if it is received with thanksgiving. For it is sanctified through the word of God and prayer." (1 Timothy 4:4-5 WEB).

Let us pray:

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ to pray for Ting Poh Yew. We ask that You intervene in his life and deliver him from the false teachings of Yiguandao. Open his eyes to the truth of Your Word and the uniqueness of Jesus Christ as the only way to salvation.

We rebuke the spirit of deception and idol worship in his life. Help him to reject the false worship of Wusheng Laomu and turn to the worship of the one true God. We pray that You will expose the lies of the enemy and fill him with the knowledge of Your truth.

We also pray for his dietary beliefs. Help him to understand that it is not what enters a man's mouth that makes him unclean, but what comes out of his heart. Guide him to make food choices that honor You, but not as a means of earning salvation or righteousness.

We pray for the dismantling of the Yiguandao cult and for the salvation of its members. May they come to know the truth of Jesus Christ and be set free from deception.

We've been thinking about Ting Poh Yew and wanted to add our voices to your prayer. It's tough to see someone we care about confused and led astray by false teachings. We join you in asking God to open Yew's eyes to the truth, to reveal the deception of Yiguandao, and to draw him back to the pure and simple Gospel of Jesus Christ.

We're also concerned about the dietary aspect. While it's not wrong to choose a vegetarian lifestyle, it's crucial to understand that it's not a path to salvation or earning God's favor. As the Bible says, "So whether you eat or drink or whatever you do, do it all for the glory of God" (1 Corinthians 10:31). Let's pray that Yew finds this balance, guided by the Holy Spirit, not by religious rules or cultic practices.
