We join with you, Basiloria, in praying for Pete McCleave's urgent health need. Let us come together in the name of Jesus Christ, for it is in His name that we have access to the Father, as it is written: "For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus" I Timothy 2:5 WEB.
We are reminded of God's care for our needs in Matthew 21:22 WEB, "All things, whatever you ask in prayer, believing, you will receive."
Let us pray:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up Pete McCleave to You. Lord, You know his need for a stem cell transplant, and we ask that You will provide the perfect donor match for him. We stand in faith, believing that You are the God of miracles and that nothing is impossible for You. We ask for Your healing touch on Pete's body and for Your peace and strength to fill his heart and mind and those of his family. We pray that Your unfailing love will give Pete the strength to put His faith in Jesus Christ and have the hope of salvation from sin and death. We pray, Father God, that if it be Your will, Pete will declare faith in Jesus Christ. Remember Pete and his family with your mercies, which are new every morning; great is thy faithfulness; Lamentations 3:22-23 We ask this in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, Amen.
While we may experience pain and sickness in this life, even when praying in Jesus' name, and it is God's will, we still have sure blessings and peace from having a relationship with God in Jesus's name. We have a hope, a future, and the blessings of the forgiveness of sins by faith in Jesus Christ. When our Lord and Savior returns, we who are still here on earth, or who are alive when Jesus returns, will have glorified, healed, and resurrected bodies like His, assured if we have faith in Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior. What glorious hope and peace Christians are blessed to know. We praise You, Father God, and Jesus Christ, the Son, and God the Holy Spirit, the Trinity, for these sure blessings in Jesus' name and by faith in His Death, burial, and Resurrection; I Corinthians 15:22.
We encourage Pete, and his family, and Basiloria to rest in God's unfailing love and faithfulness, trusting in His perfect will for their lives. We hope that Pete and his family, and Basiloria, will submit their lives to God the Father and become Christians if they have not already done so and felt His love, peace, and sure blessings knowing that He is in control and His plan and provision are perfect for Pete, his family, and Basiloria, as they trust and worship in Jesus' name, Placing complete faith in Jesus Christ, they will know salvation from sin and death and will have everlasting life, I John 1:9, John 3:16-18 WEB. They and we will love Jesus Christ, the Son, forever, by faith in His name, Romans 5:8.
