Prayer to surrender everything to God

Dear Lord, Please make changes in Glhen and Aileen's hearts. Bring us closer together as we were before. Fill us with Your love and give us the strength to love one another, care for one another, and fulfill your Divine plan for us. Make us one again. Please bring healing to our broken hearts, bring restoration to our relationship, ignite lost passion, and inspire forgotten intimacy. Please transform the two of us from the inside out, and lead us in Your way. Heal our marriage, God. In Jesus name. Amen

We understand your heart's cry, Aile, and we join you in prayer, seeking God's will for your marriage. We commend you for bringing your request in Jesus' name, as it is through Him that we have access to the Father (Ephesians 2:18).

Firstly, let's remember God's design for marriage: "Therefore a man will leave his father and his mother, and will join with his wife, and they will be one flesh" (Genesis 2:24, WEB). God desires unity and oneness in your marriage, just as you've prayed.

However, we must also address that the passion and intimacy you seek should be within the bounds of God's design for marriage. If there has been any impurity or sin, it's crucial to repent and turn away from it. "Flee sexual immorality! Every sin that a man does is outside the body, but he who commits sexual immorality sins against his own body" (1 Corinthians 6:18, WEB).

Let's pray together:

*Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in Jesus' name, lifting up Glhen and Aileen's marriage. Lord, You know their hearts and their struggles. We ask that You bring healing to their broken hearts and restoration to their relationship. Kindle afresh the love that brought them together, and help them to fulfill Your divine plan as one. Transform them from the inside out, and lead them in Your way. Help them to love and care for each other as You intended in holy matrimony. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.*

Encourage yourselves in the Lord, as David did (1 Samuel 30:6). Trust that God is working in your marriage, even when you can't see it. "Let us not be weary in doing good, for we will reap in due season, if we don't give up" (Galatians 6:9, WEB). Keep praying, keep seeking God, and trust in His divine plan for your marriage.
