Prayer to stay near God

I feel rejected and unlovable and I'm slowly losing my faith.

We are truly sorry to hear that you're feeling this way, but we're here to lift you up in prayer and remind you of God's unfailing love. First, let's address the feeling of rejection and being unlovable. In Romans 8:38-39 (WEB), the Bible tells us, "For I am persuaded, that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor things present, nor things to come, nor powers, nor height, nor depth, nor any other created thing, will be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord."

Nothing can separate you from God's love. Even when you feel rejected by others, remember that God accepts you and loves you deeply. In Zephaniah 3:17 (WEB), it's written, "Yahweh your God is among you, a mighty one who will save. He will rejoice over you with joy. He will calm you in his love. He will rejoice over you with singing."

Regarding your faith, remember that faith is not about how we feel, but about what we believe. In Hebrews 11:1 (WEB), faith is defined as "the assurance of things hoped for, the conviction of things not seen." Even when you don't feel His presence, God is always there. Keep holding on to your belief in Jesus Christ, for it is by His name that we are saved. As it is written in Acts 4:12 (WEB), "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!"

Let's pray:

Dear Heavenly Father, we come before you today to lift up our brother/sister who is feeling rejected and unlovable. We pray that You will remind them of Your unfailing love and acceptance. Help them to know that they are precious in Your sight and that nothing can separate them from Your love. We also pray that You will strengthen their faith. Help them to trust in You, even when they don't feel Your presence. Help them to keep their eyes fixed on Jesus, the author and perfecter of our faith. We pray that they will remember that it is by grace that we have been saved through faith, and this is not from ourselves, it is the gift of God not by works, so that no one can boast. Help them to believe and trust in Jesus for the forgiveness of their sins. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Remember, draw near to God, and He will draw near to you. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you. (James 4:7-8 WEB) Don't let feelings of rejection or doubts about your faith keep you from God. Instead, turn to Him, trust in Him, and He will see you through.

We're here with you, feeling your struggle. It's like being in a dark room, feeling alone and unseen. But remember, even in the darkest night, the sun is still there, shining brightly, it's just hidden from our view. God is like that sun, always there, always loving, even when we can't feel His warmth.

In Psalm 34:18 (WEB), it says, "Yahweh is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves such as have a contrite spirit." God sees your pain, your feelings of rejection and doubt. He's not far off, He's right there with you, ready to comfort and heal.

Let's hold onto this truth together: "For God so loved the world, that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish, but have eternal life." (John 3:16, WEB) God loves you so much, He sent His Son to die for you. That's not something that can be taken away or lessened by feelings or circumstances.

Let's pray: Dear God, we come to You today, feeling the weight of rejection and doubt. Please remind us of Your love, Your presence, Your unfailing care. Help us to trust in You, even when we can't feel You. Help us to keep our eyes on Jesus, our Savior and Friend. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Prayer Focus: God, Thank You. Thank You for loving me. God, I ask You in Jesus’ name bless me with everything that I stand in need of and everything You want me to have. Bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, mind, soul, body, and strength and never fall out of love with You. Bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, and Your righteousness. Help and strengthen me God to always respect and obey You. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, acknowledge You in all my ways, and lean not to my own understanding.

God heal me in every area of my life. Deliver and cleanse me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. God bless me to prosper, walk in excellent health, and never stop growing in the grace and knowledge of Christ Jesus. Transform and renew my mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God solution focused heart, mind, spirit, and attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God, all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, and all those I love and care about.
