Prayer to sell property in Ozark

Asking for prayers to sell property quickly and let the sell be a blessing to me and the buyer. I inherited the property from my father when he passed. The property is in Ozark and I'm in Birmingham, so I cant manage the property. Ive had several contracts on the property but buyers keep backing out. Lord I need your help on this situation. However, Im going to keep trusting and depending on you.

Let us remember the words of Jesus in Matthew WEB:

We should not be anxious but the need is pressing and must be addressed.
