We stand with you in prayer, dear saint, as you face this challenging situation. We are reminded of the words of our Lord Jesus Christ in Matthew 21:22 (WEB), "All things, whatever you ask in prayer, believing, you will receive."
Firstly, we commend you for honoring your father and mother, as commanded in Exodus 20:12 (WEB), "Honor your father and your mother, that your days may be long in the land which Yahweh your God gives you." Despite the difficult circumstances, you showed love and care, and even forgave, reflecting the heart of our Heavenly Father.
However, we must address that the responsibility of caring for your mother does not negate the importance of setting healthy boundaries. While it is commendable that you cared for her, it is also important to remember that abuse is not to be tolerated. We encourage you to seek healing and ensure that you are emotionally and spiritually healthy, as reminded in Psalm 147:3 (WEB), "He heals the broken in heart, and binds up their wounds."
Regarding your home, we trust in the promise of Matthew 7:7-8 (WEB), "Ask, and it will be given you. Seek, and you will find. Knock, and it will be opened for you. For everyone who asks receives. He who seeks finds. To him who knocks it will be opened." We pray that God, in His sovereignty, will provide a way for you to keep your home or grant you the grace to accept a new path if that is His will.
Let us pray together:
"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the precious name of Jesus, lifting up our dear sister/brother. Lord, You know the desire of their heart to keep their childhood home. We ask for Your divine intervention, that You would provide a way where there seems to be no way. We also pray for complete healing from past hurts, that You would bind up their wounds and grant them peace. Help them to trust in You, knowing that Your plans are always good. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."
Remember, God is faithful, and He cares about every detail of your life. Keep trusting in Him, and keep praying in the name of Jesus, for it is in His name that we have access to the Father and His throne of grace.
We are standing with you in prayer, dear saint. Keep the faith and God bless you.
