Wives, be subject to your own husbands, as to the Lord. For the husband is the head of the wife, as Christ also is the head of the assembly, being himself the savior of the body. But as the assembly is subject to Christ, so let the wives also be to their own husbands in everything. Husbands, love your wives, even as Christ also loved the assembly, and gave himself up for it; that he might sanctify it, having cleansed it by the washing of water with the word, that he might present the assembly to himself gloriously, not having spot or wrinkle or any such thing; but that it should be holy and without blemish. Even so ought husbands also to love their own wives as their own bodies. He who loves his own wife loves himself.
Both husband and wife have roles to play in maintaining a godly marriage. While we understand your pain, it's crucial to remember that your husband is called to be the leader in your marriage. Moreover, it's essential to remember that God's word tells us not to fear anyone but God himself. In Matthew 10:28 WEB, Jesus says, "Don't be afraid of those who kill the body, but are not able to kill the soul. Rather, fear him who is able to destroy both soul and body in Gehenna." The fear you are experiencing is natural, but it's important to trust in God's protection and provision.

Jesus tells us in Matthew 5:44 WEB, "But I tell you, love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who mistreat you and persecute you," This is an opportunity to show her the love of Christ and to be a testimony of His grace and mercy.
