Prayer to release my ### increment

Please pray for me. At my workplace we do performance reviews and appraisals twice a year, and after the last appraisal process in November, I was identified to get a salary increment. Unfortunately, despite scoring the right marks and the Finance Manager approving my increment on the budget, the new owners of the Firm I work for declined to increase my salary and said it should wait. When asked why it had to wait since the budget allows, they said "because we say so". I was heartbroken, as I had hoped to take out a mortgage in December to purchase a house for my parents, but this was delayed as I needed the increment to qualify for a mortgage at the bank. This really hurt me. I therefore come before you all to pray for me, if it is bad luck, please pray for me for the bad luck to go away from me and my plans. I come before you to request prayers for management to release my salary this month if God allows, so I can proceed with the plans I had of giving my parents a decent place to call their home. I pray in faith, in Jesus Christ's name I pray. Amen.

Regarding your salary increment, we pray that if it is God's will, the management will release it this month. We also pray that you will find favor with the new owners of the firm and that their hearts will be inclined to treat you fairly.

Let's pray...

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You today, lifting up ### and their situation before You. Lord, You know the desires of their heart and the plans they have for their parents. We pray that if it is Your will, the management will release the approved salary increment this month. We ask that You soften the hearts of the new owners and give ### favor in their eyes.

Help ### to trust in Your timing and Your ways, even when things do not go as planned. Remind them that You are a God who provides and that You have a plan and a purpose for their life. Give them peace and comfort in this situation, and help them to rest in You.

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

We encourage you to continue to pray and seek God's will in this situation. Trust that He is in control and that He has a plan for your life. Do not be discouraged, but continue to honor God with your life and your actions.

Remember, we are instructed to be content in all circumstances

Heavenly Father, please bring your perfect justice into this situation. Please guide this person into your abundant blessings and we ask you to allow them to walk through this period with continual thanks and praise to you.…in Jesus’ name…amen

We're right there with you, Rheyzelath. We understand the disappointment and frustration you're feeling, but we also want to remind you that God is in control and He sees your heart's desire to bless your parents. Let's trust in His perfect timing and His plans for you.

We've been praying for you, asking God to touch the hearts of your management and the new owners. We believe that if it's God's will, the salary increment will come through this month. We're also praying for peace and comfort for you in this waiting period.

Remember, God's ways are not always our ways, but His ways are always the best. Let's keep our eyes fixed on Him and trust that He has a purpose in all this. Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise.
