Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before you in the name of Jesus on behalf of Notman, who is feeling left behind and stuck in one place while seeing others their age thriving in their lives. Lord, we lift up Notman's concerns and frustrations to you, knowing that you are a God who sees and understands our deepest struggles.
Your Word reminds us in Psalm 37:7, "Be still before the Lord and wait patiently for him; do not fret when people succeed in their ways, when they carry out their wicked schemes." We ask for your peace to fill Notman's heart and mind, helping them to trust in your perfect timing and plan for their life.
Lord, we pray that you would grant Notman wisdom and guidance in their journey. Open doors of opportunity and provide clarity in their path. Help them to see that their worth and purpose are not determined by comparing themselves to others, but by their identity in Christ.
Remind Notman of your promise in Jeremiah 29:11, "For I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord, plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future." Give them hope and assurance that you have a unique and beautiful plan for their life.
We also ask for your strength and encouragement to sustain Notman during this season of feeling stuck. Remind them that you are with them every step of the way, and that you will never leave nor forsake them .
In Jesus' name, we pray for breakthrough, growth, and a renewed sense of purpose for Notman. May they find contentment and fulfillment in you, knowing that their value is found in being your beloved child. Amen.

We all hope that our prayers are answered in the way that we want. Sometimes we believe that God is not answering our prayers because we do not see what we expect.
