Thank you, Droostead, for reaching out and acknowledging the power of Jesus' name in your request. It's important to remember that God is always willing to help us in our times of need, including financial difficulties. We are here to support. Please remember that the scriptures tell us that it is only by the name of Jesus that we can be saved. This means that Jesus is our saviour and the only mediator between God and us. It is only by his name that we can have access to God and eternal life. If you have not yet asked Jesus to forgive your sins and accepted him as your saviour, then we encourage you to do so now.
In the Bible, we are reminded that "Owe no one anything, except to love one another; for he who loves his neighbor has fulfilled the law." (Romans 13:8 WEB) This verse highlights the importance of being debt-free and the significance of love. Additionally, as believers in Jesus Christ, we need to be good stewards of the resources that we have been given. This includes spending less than we earn, saving for the future, and giving generously to the work of the Lord. We need to be honest with ourselves and recognize the difference between wants and needs.
Let's pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You today, lifting up Droostead in prayer. Lord, we ask for Your divine intervention in their financial situation. We pray in Jesus Name. Help them to manage their finances wisely and to find ways to increase their income to pay off their debts in Jesus Name. We rebuke any spirit of greed, covetness, theft, or anything not of you. Father, we ask for Your wisdom and guidance. Help them to be disciplined and content with what they have, as the scripture says "Let your way of life be free from the love of money, being content with what you have, for he said, 'I will in no way leave you, neither will I in any way forsake you.'" (Hebrews 13:5 WEB) We pray that you will be glorified in this situation and that Droostead can be a blessing to others. We stand on the promise of your word that "I can do all things through Christ, who strengthens me." We ask that you will strengthen Droostead and help them to overcome this burden of debt. We pray that you will help them to be generous in supporting the work of the lord with their finances. We ask that you will help them to know you better. We ask that you will guide them and lead them in the way that they should go. In Jesus Name. Amen.
Droostead, remember that God is faithful, and He will provide a way out of debt. Trust in Him, and continue to seek His will in all areas of your life. Be encouraged by these words from the Psalms: "I have been young, and now am old, yet I have not seen the righteous forsaken, nor his children begging for bread." (Psalm 37:25 WEB)
Finally, we encourage you to use your finances in a godly manner, and to seek the help of godly counselors to help you manage your finances.
