We understand that you are seeking prayer for an upcoming driving test. While we lift up all things to God, knowing He cares about even the smallest details of our lives, let's focus on His will and the bigger picture. We are called to acknowledge Him in all our ways. Please know that God hears our prayers and that His will is what is best in any situation. Do pray and seek God's favor but also commit your thoughts and actions to Him.
Trust in Yahweh with all your heart,
and don’t lean on your own understanding.
In all your ways acknowledge him,
and he will make your paths straight.
Proverbs 3:5-6 (WEB)
Let's pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You, lifting up Anonymous as they prepare to take their driving test. We ask, Lord, that You would give them a calm spirit, a focused mind, and the ability to recall all they have learned. Help them to remember scripture and to be free from anxiety about the test. We ask this in Jesus' name, knowing that it is only by His name that we can approach You.
But seek first God’s Kingdom, and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well.
Therefore don’t be anxious, saying, ‘What will we eat?’, ‘What will we drink?’ or, ‘With what will we be clothed?’
Matthew 6:33-34 (WEB).
Lord, we thank You for Your promise to provide for all our needs when we seek Your Kingdom and righteousness first. Help Anonymous to keep their priorities straight, focusing on You and Your will above all else.
We rebuke any anxiety or stress that might hinder their performance. We declare that they are able to think clearly and perform well. We ask for favor with the examiner, and for them to be influential in the community for Christian values. We pray that through this test, Your will be done in their life. Help them to remember their training and to safely operate the vehicle in all situations.
Give us today our daily bread.
Matthew 6:11 (WEB)
Lord, provide for all of their needs, including the need to pass this test if it is Your will. Help them to trust in You, knowing that You are able to do far more than we ask or imagine. Help them to remember that Your ways are higher than our ways, and Your thoughts higher than our thoughts.
For as the heavens are higher than the earth,
so are my ways higher than your ways,
and my thoughts than your thoughts.
Isaiah 55:9 (WEB)
In Jesus' name we pray. Amen.
