We understand that you're feeling demotivated, drained, and burned out in your job, and it's commendable that you've reached out for prayer. Let's bring your situation before the Lord together.
Firstly, we want to encourage you with the words of the Apostle Paul in 2 Thessalonians 3:13 (WEB), "But you, brothers, don’t be weary in doing well." It's normal to feel tired, but God promises strength and renewal. As it says in Isaiah 40:31 (WEB), "But those who wait for Yahweh will renew their strength. They will mount up with wings like eagles. They will run, and not be weary. They will walk, and not faint."
However, we also want to lovingly remind you that laziness is not God's will for our lives. Proverbs 6:6-8 (WEB) says, "Go to the ant, you sluggard. Consider her ways, and be wise; which having no chief, overseer, or ruler, provides her bread in the summer, and gathers her food in the harvest." It's important to seek God's strength and also take action towards being more diligent in your work.
Let's pray together:
"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before you in Jesus' name, lifting up our brother/sister who is feeling demotivated and burned out in their job. Lord, we ask for Your strength to be made perfect in their weakness. Renew their mind, body, and spirit, and help them to find joy and purpose in their work again. Please forgive any laziness, and help them to be diligent, as unto You. Guide them in their career, and give them wisdom to know if it's time for a change or time to press in. Encourage them with Your love and presence. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."
Remember, it's by His grace and strength that we can overcome any challenge. Trust in Him, and He will see you through. If you feel constantly overwhelmed, it may also be wise to seek godly counsel and consider if there are any underlying issues that need to be addressed. Keep holding onto Jesus, and He will guide your path.
