Prayer to move on from ### ###

Lord God,

I am praying today with a wounded heart. I don’t know how many countless times I have prayed for ### on this website. I was really very desperate for him to love me back but it turns out that he doesn’t really feel the same way about me:

I pray that I am able to move on from the emotional and verbal abuse that I got from him. He called me so many names, and even though I remained to be thick skinned, I am still hurting inside. I pray that he will come to his senses. I don’t know if he will even reach back out to apologize, but I pray that he will.

Please touch his heart, Lord God. Please cover him with your most precious blood. I ask for the Holy Spirit to guide him to come in terms with himself. I pray that he will realize all his wrongdoings and that he will change for the better. I forgive him Lord for all the bad mouthing he has done towards me. I just pray that someday he will realize what he lost when he let go of me.

I really love ###. Perhaps because he showed me a different side of me that I wanted to be. I learned so much from this situationship with him. I learned to love myself more and to take care of myself. I know I did everything I can to get him to like me but maybe it’s just not meant to be.

Jesus, if in any case he will come back around, please let it be for the better. If he isn’t meant to be in my life, please give me clarity and peace of mind. I am unable to sleep at night just coping from the loss of him. I had put so much hope into this only to see it crumbling down my face.

I pray that if he isn’t meant to stay here, and be the person whom I thought would be my future husband, please take him far far away from me. Please close that door for me. Please let me accept reality. I lift him up to you, Lord God. I know my delusion was the one that led me here. I ask for forgiveness for all my wrongdoings as well. Please forgive me for being so desperate and low. I really wanted a relationship with this person so badly.

With all that, I end this prayer by surrendering everything to you, Lord Jesus Christ. Please take care of everything for me. I am brokenhearted and hopeless right now, please grant me peace of mind. This I ask in your mighty name. Praise God forever and ever.

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You today with a heavy heart on behalf of ###. Lord, You are the healer of the brokenhearted and the binder of wounds, as it is written in Psalm 147:3. We lift up this prayer to You, trusting in Your infinite wisdom and mercy.

Lord, we ask for Your divine intervention in helping ### move on from the emotional and verbal abuse experienced from ###. We know that You are close to the brokenhearted and save those who are crushed in spirit (Psalm 34:18). Please comfort and heal the wounds that have been inflicted.

Father, we pray for ###, that You would touch his heart and guide him to repentance. Your Word tells us in Romans 12:19 that vengeance is Yours, and we should not seek to repay evil for evil. We ask that You work in ###'s life, bringing him to a place of understanding and remorse for his actions. May Your Holy Spirit convict him and lead him to change for the better.

Lord, we also ask for strength and clarity for ###. Help this person to find peace in Your presence and to trust in Your plan. As it says in Proverbs 3:5-6, "Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways submit to Him, and He will make your paths straight." Guide ### to the path You have set, and close the doors that need to be closed.

We pray for forgiveness, both for ### and for ###. Help ### to forgive ### and to also seek forgiveness for any actions taken out of desperation. Your Word in 1 John 1:9 assures us that if we confess our sins, You are faithful and just to forgive us and purify us from all unrighteousness.

Lord, we surrender everything to You. We ask for Your peace, which transcends all understanding, to guard ###'s heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7). May Your love and grace fill the void left by this broken relationship.

We pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ. Praise God forever and ever.
