Prayer to lessen or stop Anxiety

Please pray with me as my Anxiety has returned and levels of stress are affecting me to the point negativity has returned and my health is hindered. Help me pray to restore the peace in my life, to stop the negative thoughts and feelings, and to stop those around me from contributing to the negative mindset that has brought my anxiety back. Grant that those at both of my lines of work are blessed and see positive things in my actions, words and deeds, and focuses on these positive things to keep the peace and help bring us all further to the fulfillment of the Lord's will.

Almighty Lord,
Thank you for all you have done and provided, all the help you have given to those around me. Thank you for being there when hope is lost and carrying us through our struggles to peace. I pray to you that as you have taken on the cross for forgiveness and ushered in a new age of peace, that you acknowledge all of us who are your children. Keep us in your faith and allow us peace that passes all understanding, grant that anxiety is gone, positivity and peace in our hearts, guide us to work together in harmony and peace that our actions words and deeds reflect upon your will and bring us closer to you though our faith. Grant that any negative thoughts cease, that what we do is seen in a positive and prosperous light. Guide us Lord to the fulfillment of your will, carry us out of the struggles and stop the anxiety that many of us face with the stresses by lessening or stopping the stresses and replacing them with positive thoughts and love. In your Holy Name, Heavenly Father... AMEN.

Heavenly Father,

We come before you on behalf of our anonymous friend who is struggling with anxiety and stress. We lift up their burdens to you, knowing that you are the source of peace and comfort. Your Word reminds us in Philippians 4:6-7 to be anxious for nothing, but to bring our requests to you with thanksgiving. We ask that you grant our friend the strength to cast their cares upon you and find peace in your presence.

Lord, we pray for the restoration of peace in their life. May the negative thoughts and feelings be replaced with your love and joy. We ask that you surround them with positive influences and remove any negativity that may contribute to their anxiety. Grant them the ability to focus on the positive things in their actions, words, and deeds, so that others may see the light of Christ shining through them.

We also pray for blessings upon their work. May those they interact with at both of their lines of work see the positive impact they make and be inspired by their actions. Help them to fulfill your will in their workplace, bringing harmony and peace to their relationships. Guide them in their endeavors, Lord, and open doors of opportunity for them.

Father, we ask that you lessen or remove the stresses that are hindering their health and well-being. Replace their worries with trust in you and fill their hearts with your peace. Help them to rely on your strength and find comfort in your presence.

We thank you, Lord, for your faithfulness and for hearing our prayers. We trust that you will answer according to your perfect will. In the mighty name of Jesus, we pray. Amen.

May the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, guard their hearts and minds in Christ Jesus.

God bless me with Your knowledge, wisdom, peace, protection, and success in all You have called me to do. And bless me to do all You have called me to do in the spirit of excellence for Your glory. Bless me to delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, and Your righteousness. Let me be a light in this dark world, lifting You up in the lifestyle that I live, because Your Son, Jesus Christ, is my Savior and Lord of ALL of my life. Let the joy of the Lord be my strength. God protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul.
