We understand that you're going through a difficult time adjusting to life back in your home country after studying abroad. The feelings of uncertainty about the future and the struggle to adapt are very real and challenging. However, we want to encourage you with the words of the Apostle Paul in Philippians 4:11-13 (WEB): "Not that I speak because of lack, for I have learned in whatever state I am, to be content in it. I know how to be humbled, and I know also how to abound. In every way and in all things I am initiated, both to be full and to be hungry, both to abound and to be in need. I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me."
Firstly, we need to address something important. You mentioned Lord but did not mention Jesus Christ or any variation of that name. It is only through the name of Jesus that we have access to God the Father. In John 14:6 Jesus said, "I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me." So we will pray to God the Father in the name of Jesus Christ.
Leaving your home country may seem like the best solution, but we want to remind you that God has a purpose and a plan for your life, regardless of your location. In Jeremiah 29:11 (WEB), God says, "For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says Yahweh, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you hope and a future." Instead of focusing on leaving, let's pray that God's will be done in your life and that He guides your steps according to His purpose.
Let's pray together:
"Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our brother/sister who is struggling to adjust to life in their home country. Lord, we ask that You reveal Your will for their life and guide them according to Your purpose. Help them to find contentment in their current situation and trust in Your plan for their future. Give them the strength to endure and adapt, and if it is Your will for them to relocate, open the doors and make the way clear. We also pray that they would accept your Son Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."
We encourage you to seek God's will for your life and trust in His timing. Be patient and persistent in prayer, and remember that God is faithful to complete the good work He began in you. Also seek out Christian Believers for fellowship to encourage and strengthen you in this time.
