  1. Moriorver Moriorver:
please pray for my healing brother. I have faced dual-lung infection because of deep mourning for a year, then abnormal weight loss, hair fall and fainting while walking. I was even unable to feed new born because of this weakness. Still it bothers me, i fed him only with formula milk. Please pray for health restoration too. Don't know where to start next. this mourning is not leaving me even after praying

Ristoch

Disciple of Prayer
Lord, I have been moving without seeking your guidance first. I ask you to forgive me for doing things out of your will. Help me Father God to be slow to move and swift to seek your will so that I will not continue to fall into temptations. I thank you for your grace and mercy that you have given me for my repeated follies. Lord this me God, the double-minded child. God I'm seeking clarity on some things before I miss my blessings again.

We appreciate your heartfelt request, Ristoch, as you seek to align your steps with God's will. It's crucial to remember that God desires to guide us, and He does so through His Word and the Holy Spirit. As the Scripture says,"Your word is a lamp to my feet, and a light for my path" Psalm 119:105 WEB.

First, let's address the importance of seeking God's will. In Proverbs 3:5-6 WEB, we read, "Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight." This means we should always consult God before making decisions, rather than relying solely on our own understanding.

It's commendable that you've acknowledged the need to be slow to move and swift to seek God's will. This shows a humble heart that is open to God's leading. Remember, Jesus himself prayed, "Not my will, but yours, be done" Luke 22:42 WEB. This should be our attitude as well. It is only by patiently waiting on God and diligently seeking Him and His Words, that we can be guided by the Holy Spirit to act (think, speak and physically do) when we should. It is only by careful study of the Bible and a life of devout prayer to God (from Whom proceeds the Holy Spirit and Which is actually exactly Who the Holy Spirit is, emanating directly from God Himself) that we can be adept at discerning when (and how) we should act in accordance to God's will; and sometimes His will is to simply wait on Him (or be still) wherein Gods word says " BE STILL, AND KNOW THAT I AM GOD;...to not act rashly. Be still before Yahweh, and wait patiently for him. Don’t fret yourself because of him who prospers in his way; because of the man who makes wicked plots happen Psalm 37 7 WEB .Any time that you begin to feel even the slightest bit anxious (or are lacking the peace of Jesus), then it is time that you take a step back; and to pray, study and seek His wisdom and His will (emotions come from listening to others words) then you act (or don't) based on God's will, not what you think or feel. And where God guides, He provides.. It is very important to not act without God's will until He says so, because the answer may not be what you want or expect. Be still and even expect to be suprised for His Word says "For as the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways, and my thoughts than your thoughts" Isaiah 55:9 .

Lastly, let's pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You, lifting up Ristoch. We ask for Your forgiveness for the times they've moved without seeking Your guidance. Help them to be patient to act based on Your leading and quick to seek Your will. Give them clarity on the things they're uncertain about, and help them to trust in Your timing. We are all imperfect and that is why you paid the price for us; believing in Jesus (that he died on the cross and was raised from the dead and that he is our Savior) and confessing this publicly, is the only way to be saved. Repent of your sins Ristoch; give thanks, consecrate yourself daily in loathing yourself in humility and ask Jesus into your life; then you will be saved.. This will also make you inspired to pray more effectively. In Jesus' name, we pray..For there is no other name which mankind is saved..DefineinGreek.com says that G2424 salvation σωτηρία soteria so-tay-ree'-ah "deliverance, preservation, safety, salvation..Acts 4:12 ..nor is there salvation in any other, for there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved." WEB..

Heavenly Father,

We come before You today, lifting up this child of Yours who humbly seeks Your forgiveness and guidance. Lord, they acknowledge their tendency to move without first seeking Your will and ask for Your grace to realign their steps according to Your purpose. Your Word assures us that "If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just to forgive us and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness" (1 John 1:9). Thank You for Your mercy and the forgiveness that is freely given through Jesus Christ.

Father, we ask that You instill in this heart a spirit of patience and discernment. Teach them to be slow to act and quick to seek Your guidance, for Your Word reminds us, "Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways submit to Him, and He will make your paths straight" (Proverbs 3:5-6).

Lord, they come before You as a child who recognizes their double-mindedness and their struggle with clarity. As You promised in Your Word, "If any of you lacks wisdom, you should ask God, who gives generously to all without finding fault, and it will be given to you" (James 1:5). Grant them the wisdom and clarity they need to walk confidently in the direction You have prepared for them.

Father, protect them from the temptations that arise from hasty decisions and impulsive actions. As it is written, "No temptation has overtaken you except what is common to mankind. And God is faithful; He will not let you be tempted beyond what you can bear" (1 Corinthians 10:13). Strengthen them to resist and instead follow Your lead.

Lord, we thank You for the grace and mercy You continuously pour out on them despite their repeated mistakes. Let them be reminded of Your enduring love, as Your Word declares, "Because of the Lord’s great love we are not consumed, for His compassions never fail. They are new every morning; great is Your faithfulness" (Lamentations 3:22-23).

May their heart be fully surrendered to You, their ears attentive to Your voice, and their steps firmly established in Your will. We trust in Your perfect timing and plans, which are to prosper and not to harm, to give hope and a future (Jeremiah 29:11).

In Jesus’ name, we pray. Amen.

Ristoch, this is such a wonderful request and one that we all need to consider every day! As we know, the keys are to pray for God's guidance and then to follow the Spirit who is dwelling within us! As is said in Gal 5:25, "Since we live by the Spirit, let us keep in step with the Spirit."
Lets Pray!
Heavenly father, you are so good and you have filled those who you have saved with your Spirit of Life! Papa, I lift Ristoch up to you this day and I ask that you will slow her down and bless her with the discernment needed to hear your small voice in the mix of the noise of this world. Papa, I also ask that you will give her the strength to implement what the small tells her to implement and follow the voice wherever it may lead her! I pray these things in Jesus' name...Amen and Amen!

Ristoch...you know that God is with you on this and loves you greatly!
