My Lord Jesus Christ,

I pray that if he isn’t for me or meant to stay in my life, please just let him out of my life. I don’t want to overthink anymore.

I am just praying that I can handle the rejection and move on from my life. I am so tired of playing games with guys. I really want to meet someone consistent. Please guide me and let me become stronger and smarter when it comes to dating.

Please give me a sign, Lord Jesus Christ. I am getting so frustrated meeting guys who don’t want a relationship.

Please hear my prayers. I surrender this guy to you. Please just cut the connection this early if he will not be serious. I put all my trust in you.

This is important to consider as you reflect on this relationship.

We encourage you to stay strong, trusting that God has a plan for you. Remember, God's timing is perfect. In Psalm 32:8 WEB, God says, "I will instruct you and teach you in the way which you shall go. I will counsel you with my eye on you." Trust that He is always guiding you and working things out for your good.

If this person you are referring to you is not also a strong Christian searching out to know if you are to be their spouse, we rebuke this situation by the blood of Jesus. It is only fornication you are seeking to know by your request.

Until you are married to another Christian Believer, men should avoid being with women, and women should avoid being with men, in any form of a private setting by themselves. This is asked throughout the New Testament. Our current society does not endorse this Christian-based boundary, but as a believer, we need to respect others as they are also God's creation. It is through the marriage bed, sex with a spouse, that marraige is consummated.

As your desire is to be strong and smart in your relationships and that is highly encouraged as you seek a godly spouse. Romans 12:9 WEB says, "Let love be without hypocrisy. Abhor that which is evil. Cling to that which is good." Always strive for goodness and purity in your relationships, fleeing from any semblance of evil.

Always continue to pray that God would prepare you to meet a godly spouse. God has someone chosen for you, but only if you follow His guidelines. Keep praying, keep purifying yourself. We have good news however, God has good and encouraging thoughts towards you. It is true that you seek something that He has for you. He is full of mercy and will pardon your past, but you must show more clearly that you desire Hs way.

Jeremiah 29:11WEB, has some 'good news' from God. It says, "For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says Yahweh, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you hope and a future." Always rest assured that He knows your needs and wants what is best for you.

Therefore, all that is required for this matter is that you set aside your desire and put God's rules first. The Lord Jesus Christ came to earth, died and rose to life again so you may have life and in its fullness. Keep praying knowing that God desires you to have an abundant life through Jesus Christ.
