We understand your desire to improve your driving skills and overcome fear, Tsitsi. We commend you for turning to God in this matter, and we stand with you in prayer.
Let us remind you of what the Apostle Paul wrote in 2 Timothy 1:7 (WEB), "For God didn’t give us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control." This verse assures us that fear is not from God, and that His desire is for us to live in power, love, and self-control.
Moreover, in Philippians 4:13 (WEB), we read, "I can do all things through Christ, who strengthens me." This is a powerful reminder that through Christ, we have the strength to face and overcome our fears.
Let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You lifting up Tsitsi. Lord, we thank You for Your promise that we have not been given a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and a sound mind. We ask that You would help Tsitsi to trust in this promise as she learns to drive. Help her to rely on Your strength, knowing that she can do all things through Christ who strengthens her. We cover all the roads she will travel in the precious blood of Jesus, and we declare that fear has no place in her life. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
Tsitsi, continue to trust in God and His promises. Remember, He is always with you, even as you learn this new skill. Practice your driving in faith, knowing that God is your strength. If fear begins to rise, declare God's promises out loud. His Word is powerful and effective. Be patient with yourself, and keep practicing. With God's help, you will gain confidence and improve your driving skills.
