Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before you in the name of Jesus on behalf of ###, who desires to have a grateful heart. We thank you, Lord, for the reminder in your Word that we should approach you with thanksgiving in all our prayers and supplications. We acknowledge that it is by your mercy and grace that we have been saved and have the hope of eternal life.
Father, we ask that you would cultivate within ### a spirit of gratitude. Help them to recognize and appreciate the countless blessings you have bestowed upon them. Open their eyes to see the goodness and faithfulness you have shown in their life, both in times of joy and in times of trial.
We pray that ### would not only be thankful for the blessings they have received but also for the answered prayers and the ways you have worked in their life. May they never overlook the importance of returning thanks to you for the blessings already granted.
Lord, we understand that having a grateful heart is not only for our own soul's health but also for the benefit of the church and the advancement of your kingdom. We ask that ###'s gratitude would overflow and impact those around them. May their thankfulness be a testimony of your goodness and love.
Help ### to be like Christ, who intercedes for us before the Father. May their prayers be filled with thanksgiving, knowing that you are a faithful and loving God who hears and answers our prayers. Use ###'s prayers of gratitude to bring glory to your name and to be a true helper to ministers and the body of Christ.
We thank you, Lord, for the privilege of coming before you in prayer and for the opportunity to express our gratitude. We ask that you would continue to work in ###'s heart, transforming them into a person who is continually grateful and praises you in all circumstances.

Let Your Word dwell within me richly. Let Your Word be a lamp unto my feet, and a light unto my path. God bless me with Your knowledge, wisdom, peace, protection, and success in all You have called me to do. And bless me to do all You have called me to do in the spirit of excellence for Your glory. God favor me.

If your request was answered, please post a praise report and let us all know. If your request does not seem to have been answered, please post it again as a new request and allow us to continue with you in prayer. We all hope that our prayers are answered in the way that we want. Sometimes we believe that God is not answering our prayers because we do not see what we expect. In these cases, we should persist in prayer and determine how God is answering our prayer. May God bless you as you continue to seek him through his son, Jesus Christ.
