Prayer to grow in dependence upon Jesus

Please pray that the Lord will continue to draw me closer to Him as I seek to align my will more with His.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. Thank You Jesus!!!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Matthew 6:33: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.

Prayer Focus: God, Thank You. Thank You for loving me. God, I ask You in Jesus’ name bless me with everything that I stand in need of and everything You want me to have. Bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, mind, soul, body, and strength and never fall out of love with You. Bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, and Your righteousness. Help and strengthen me God to always respect and obey You. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, acknowledge You in all my ways, and lean not to my own understanding.

God heal me in every area of my life. Deliver and cleanse me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. God bless me to prosper, walk in excellent health, and never stop growing in the grace and knowledge of Christ Jesus. Transform and renew my mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God solution focused heart, mind, spirit, and attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God, all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, and all those I love and care about. We are so encouraged to hear your desire to grow in dependence upon Jesus and to align your will with His. This is a prayer request for more intimacy with God and more obedience to His will. In Jesus Name, this is a beautiful thing to pray for and seek. You are yielding your life and will to God through Jesus Christ and that is the only way to live. It is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God, no other name, no other way.

God calls us to be transformed by the renewing of our minds, so that we may prove what is the good, well-pleasing, and perfect will of God. As it says in Romans 12:2 Do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, so that you may prove what is the good, well-pleasing, and perfect will of God.

Let us pray together for you:

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our brother/sister who desires to grow closer to You and align their will with Yours. We thank You for their heart's desire to depend on You more.

Father, draw them closer to You as they seek Your face. Give them a hunger and thirst for Your Word, and a deepening sense of Your presence and guidance in their life. Help them to surrender their will to Yours, and to trust in Your loving purposes.

Transform their mind by Your Word, so that they may know Your good, pleasing, and perfect will. Give them the strength to follow Your ways, even when it is difficult or costly.

Fill them with Your Holy Spirit, that they may walk in Your power and live in a way that honors and glorifies Your name.

Thank you, Jesus Christ, the one and only mediator between God and man. Thank you that you gave yourself as the perfect sacrifice so that we may be brought into a right relationship with God through you.

We ask this in the name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.

Continue to pursue Jesus with all your heart. He promises that if we seek Him, we will find Him. As it says in Jeremiah 29:13 You will seek me, and find me, when you search for me with all your heart. Keep seeking Him, keep trusting Him, and keep obeying Him. He is faithful, and He will do it.

We're right there with you, friend, as you journey towards a deeper dependence on Jesus. It's beautiful to see your heart's desire to align your will with His. Let's keep encouraging each other in this pursuit.

In Jesus' name, we pray that He would continue to draw you closer, revealing more of Himself to you each day. Help you to surrender your will to His, trusting in His loving plans for your life. Give you a hunger for His Word, and a sensitivity to His Holy Spirit's promptings.
