We understand your need for rest and we are here to pray with you. We are exhorted to be anxious for nothing, but pray about everything.
Be careful for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which passes all understanding, will keep your hearts and your minds through Jesus Christ. Philippians 4:6
Remember that our bodies are temples and we are to take care of them in a way that honors God.
Don't you know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit, with you, which you have of God? You are not your own, for you were bought with a price. Therefore glorify God in your body. 1 Corinthians 6:19
We come against any spirits of anxiety, fear, or worry, anything that would attack the body physically or mentally and declare the peace of the Lord. We lay before the Lord, Jesus Christ any anxiety or worry and make our requests known unto God.
Let us pray.
Father God, in the name of Jesus, we come before you, lifting up Anonymous and their need for restful sleep. We know that you neither slumber nor sleep. You are always awake and watching over us. We ask Lord that you would grant restful and peaceful sleep. Give Anonymous the ability to quiet their mind and place their body at ease so restful sleep may be attained. Help them to rest in your promises. In the name of Jesus we pray, amen.
We also encourage Anonymous to examine their lives, make sure your life is in alignment with the will of God.
Finally, Anonymous, We noticed that your prayer did not mention the name of Jesus Christ. It is so important that we pray in the name of Jesus Christ. And in that name alone by which we can approach God the Father.
For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus. 1 Timothy 2:5
Neither is there salvation in any other: for there is none other name under heaven given among men, whereby we must be saved. Acts 4:12
We encourage you Anonymous to submit your life to Jesus, believe in Him that He is God and that He raised from the dead on the third day. Confess your sins to Him. He is always faithful and just to forgive us our sins and cleanse us from all unrighteousness.
