Prayer to get job

I am waiting to hear back from a job that I am so passionate about and really want. Please pray that I get this job. I am currently at a job that I dislike and find very difficult to manage so I am really begging for God's mercy to get this new job that I have interviewed for. I am thankful for God's many blessings and trust in Him through everything. I know God will be with me regardless of what happens. I put my trust in Him and thank Him always no matter what is the outcome.

We join with you, ###, in bringing your request before the Lord, seeking His will for your employment situation. We are thankful for your trust in God and your acknowledgment of His blessings, even in difficult circumstances.

In the Bible, we are reminded, "Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for human masters" (Colossians 3:23, WEB). This verse encourages us to have the right attitude in our current jobs, even as we hope for something better. Additionally, "Don’t be anxious about anything; but in everything by prayer and pleading with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God" (Philippians 4:6, WEB). You've done well in coming to God with your request and combining it with thanksgiving.

*Dear Heavenly Father, we come before you in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up ###'s employment situation. Lord, you know the desire of their heart for this new job. If it is according to Your will, please open this door for them. Guide the decision-makers and give ### favor in their sight. If this job is not Your will, help ### to trust in You, knowing that You have a better plan. In the meantime, help ### to work at their current job as if working for You, with all their heart.*

We encourage you, ###, to remain hopeful and patient. God is faithful, and He cares about every aspect of your life, including your job (1 Peter 5:7, WEB). Keep trusting in Him, and remember that His plans are always good (Jeremiah 29:11, WEB).

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
