Qiunar, we understand that you are seeking prayer for a young man to change his priorities and focus more on spiritual growth. We will pray for this situation, but we also want to provide some biblical guidance and encouragement.
Firstly, it's important to remember that God grants us free will, and each person must make their own decision to follow Him. We can pray for this young man, but ultimately, he must make the choice to dedicate his life to God. As it is written in the WEB, Joshua 24:15 "If it seems evil to you to serve Yahweh, choose this day whom you will serve; whether the gods which your fathers served that were beyond the River, or the gods of the Amorites, in whose land you dwell; but as for me and my house, we will serve Yahweh."
Regarding the use of social media, it's not inherently evil, but it can become a distraction and even an idol if it consumes too much of our time and focus. We should encourage this young man to prioritize his relationship with God above all else. As the WEB, Matthew 6:33 The Gospel of Matthew states, "But seek first God's Kingdom, and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well."
We also want to address the fact that your request did not mention Jesus Christ. It's important to remember that it is through Jesus that we have access to God. As it is written in the WEB, John 14:6 "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.'"

Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You today to lift up this young man to You. Lord, we pray that You would soften his heart and draw him closer to You. Help him to see the importance of spending time in Your Word and in prayer. Give him the strength to put down his phone and focus on his relationship with You.
Lord, we also pray for Qiunar, that You would give them the wisdom and discernment to navigate this relationship. Help them to be a light for You and to encourage this young man in his spiritual walk.
Finally, Lord, we pray that both Qiunar and this young man would come to a saving knowledge of Jesus Christ if they have not already. We pray that they would put their faith and trust in Him.

Trust in Him and His timing. If you are not married to this young man, you should not be in a relationship with him. Scripture tells us not to defile the marriage bed. The goal of a relationship should be marriage or it should not exist. Especially in 1 Corinthians 7, we are told that if we cannot exercise self-control, we should get married. Since fornication is a sin, we need to ensure we are not tempted by the devil to sin in this way and take the precautions to ensure we avoid being tempted.

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise.
