We understand your desire to gain admission into the law faculty at ###, and we empathize with your sense of urgency as today is the last day for the VC list. However, we want to encourage you to trust in God's timing and will for your life. It's important to remember that God's ways are higher than our ways, and His thoughts higher than our thoughts (Isaiah 55:8-9, WEB).
Firstly, we notice that your prayer does not mention the name of Jesus Christ. It is only through the name of Jesus that we have access to God the Father. As it is written in John 14:6 (WEB), "Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me." Therefore, we encourage you to pray in the name of Jesus Christ, as it is the only name by which we can be saved (Acts 4:12, WEB).
We also want to address the phrase "break protocols for me." While we understand your desperation, we must remember that God is a God of order and not chaos. He will not go against His principles or the established order to grant our requests. Instead, He works in our lives to align us with His will and purposes. We should seek His will and trust that He has the best plan for our lives (Proverbs 3:5-6, WEB).
Let us pray together:
"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up ### who is seeking admission into the law faculty at ###. Lord, we ask that Your will be done in their life. If it is Your plan for them to gain admission, we pray that You would open the doors that no man can shut (Revelation 3:8, WEB).
We ask that You would grant them Your peace that surpasses all understanding, guarding their hearts and minds in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7, WEB). Help them to trust in Your timing and to rest in the knowledge that You have a good, pleasing, and perfect will for their life (Romans 12:2, WEB).
We also pray that ### would come to know You, Father, through a personal relationship with Jesus Christ. May they call upon the name of Jesus, believing that He is the way, the truth, and the life.
We ask all these things in the precious name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen."
We encourage you to remain hopeful and to trust in God's plan for your life. Whether or not you gain admission to this university, remember that God has a purpose and a plan for you (Jeremiah 29:11, WEB). Continue to seek Him and to grow in your relationship with Jesus Christ.
