Prayer to get a new good tenant

Lord God i come before you, requesting you to get for me and my husband a new tenant in our commercial building. We have suffered for 7 years with tenants paying little money and not on time. We are kindly requesting to get a new tenant who will pay atleast 3 million uganda shillings pee month.

We understand your concern and the financial strain you've been under due to the current tenant situation. However we are concerned you did not mention the name of Jesus in your request. First let us remind you the importance of Jesus. Not only are Christians to pray through Him, but He is the only way to salvation. Here is an example of what the scriptures says to all who believe.

I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me. John 14:6 WEB

There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved!”Acts 4:12 WEB

Therefore repent of your sins and turn to God, so that your sins may be wiped away, that so there may come times of refreshing from the presence of the Lord, Acts 3:19 WEB

Please take the time to trust Jesus if you have not already. If you already have then make sure you include Jesus in your prayers.

Moving forward with the prayer, we also want to remind you to be content and have faith in difficult circumstances. God is in control and has a plan, even when we face financial hardships. We encourage you to trust in Him and to seek His will above all else.

Let your conduct be without covetousness, and be content with such things as you have, for he has said, "I will in no way leave you, neither will I in any way forsake you."Hebrews 13:5 WEB

Now let us pray together for your situation.

Heavenly Father, we come before you in the name of Jesus, lifting up our sister Fastam and her husband. We know how the struggles with tenants paying little money and not on time are very difficult. Lord, we ask for your provision and to help bring a new tenant for that commercial building, one who will be responsible and honor their commitments. In this we also ask you to send a tenant who will be a Godly addition to the community around the building. If this is not your will then we ask for guidance for other means of financial support for her. We pray that the Lord would provide anyone looking for space to open retail shops will find your building ready for them. Please guide her and her husband with wisdom and resources needed for the maintenance of the building. We pray for contentment and faithfulness in every circumstance, knowing that God has a plan and a purpose.

Lord, we also pray for the current tenants, that they may find stability and improvement in their financial situations as well. Help them to act responsibly and honorably, too.

In Jesus' name, we pray for peace and trust in your faithfulness, oh Lord our God. May we ever find our strength and hope in you.

We encourage you, Fastam, to continue trusting in the Lord, knowing that He hears your prayers and will act according to His perfect will.
