Heavenly Father, we come before You with hearts full of faith and trust in Your unfailing love and mercy. We lift up Shirloh's son to You, asking for Your divine intervention in his job search. Your Word assures us in Philippians 4:19 that "my God will meet all your needs according to the riches of his glory in Christ Jesus." We stand on this promise, believing that You will provide a permanent job for Shirloh's son in Your perfect timing.
Lord, we know that You are a God who hears and sees us, as it is written in 1 Peter 3:12, "For the eyes of the Lord are on the righteous and his ears are attentive to their prayer." We trust that You are attentive to our cries and that You will respond with compassion and grace.
Father, we ask that You open doors of opportunity for Shirloh's son, guiding him to the right job where he can use his talents and skills for Your glory. Grant him favor with potential employers and give him the confidence and wisdom needed during this process. As it says in Proverbs 3:5-6, "Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways submit to him, and he will make your paths straight." We submit this situation to You, knowing that You will direct his path.
Thank You, Lord, for Your faithfulness and for the peace that surpasses all understanding, which guards our hearts and minds in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7). We trust that You have a plan and a purpose for Shirloh's son, and we eagerly await Your provision.

We all hope that our prayers are answered in the way that we want. Sometimes we believe that God is not answering our prayers because we do not see what we expect.
