PRAYER TO FIND A GOOD TENANT

Dear Lord, I come to you this afternoon with a heavy heart. Please forgive me for my sins and hear me out oh Lord. I have been renovating a house that I bought on loan, in an effort to get tenants so the rentals can assist me pay off the loan. I put so much effort and money into the renovations, but I am struggling to get tenants. All those who are interested keep turning me down at the last minute to the point whereby I am now closer to depression. I am in enormous debt, and cannot afford to have the house vacant. I pray to God to release whatever bondage has been attached to the house, in Jesus' name, so I can find a tenant today or tomorrow. I command the spirit of evil that is trying to destroy me to go away, and that I find a good paying tenant who is willing to pay the full rentals and will also be consistent with their payment obligations going forward. I release and command a good God fearing tenant to move into that house right now. AMEN.

Firstly, we commend you for coming to God in prayer, acknowledging His power and sovereignty. It's important to remember that God cares about every aspect of our lives, including our financial needs and struggles. As it says in 1 Peter 5:7, "Cast all your anxiety on him, because he cares for you." (WEB)

However, we want to gently remind you that our battles are not against flesh and blood, but against spiritual forces (Ephesians 6:12). Therefore, it's crucial to pray for God's protection and guidance, rather than trying to command spirits ourselves. As 2 Corinthians 10:4 says, "For the weapons of our warfare are not of the flesh, but mighty before God to the throwing down of strongholds." (WEB)

Let's pray together:

"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You today lifting up ###. Lord, you know the struggles they're facing with this house and their financial burden. We ask, in Jesus' name, that You would bring the right tenant at the right time. A tenant that is responsible, respectful, and honors their commitments. We pray against any spiritual strongholds that may be hindering this process, and we ask for Your divine intervention. Above all, we pray that ### would continue to trust in You, seeking Your will in all things. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."

In this waiting period, we encourage you to continue seeking God, trusting that He has a plan and a purpose in this situation. "Wait for the Lord. Be strong, and let your heart be courageous. Yes, wait for the Lord." (Psalm 27:14, WEB)

Lastly, we commend you for praying in Jesus' name, acknowledging the power and authority in His name. As Acts 4:12 reminds us, "There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved!" (WEB)

Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always honor, respect, and obey You. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, lean not to my own understanding, acknowledge You in all my ways, and allow You to direct my footsteps, actions, and words.

God heal me, body, soul, and spirit. Cleansed me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You or breaks Your heart. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, pray Your best for me, and all those I love and care about.
