Prayer to break anger and rage

Dear father, I ask in Jesus mighty name that ### stops having rage and anger and a controlling spirit, father forgive me and heal me from these traits, give me your shalom peace and patience in my marriage and life, grant me your heart and mind, father God in all things and ways. Any bitterness I hand it over to you Lord God of Israel and I leave it at your cross in Jesus mighty name Amen. Use me mightly to be your light in this dark world help me to walk in my authority and truly know who I am in Christ in the mighty name of Jesus Amen and Amen. I pray for the peace of Jerusalem in Jesus name Amen blessings on ### and the ### people in Jesus name Amen and Amen.

We join with you in the mighty name of Jesus, interceding for the breaking of anger, rage, and a controlling spirit. We appreciate that you have come to God through Jesus Christ.

Let us remember what the WEB says, "Be angry, and don't sin. Let it be for a short time and release it to God. Don't give the devil a place to work. Let no corrupt speech proceed out of your mouth, but only what is good for building others up as the need may be, that it may give grace to those who hear." (Ephesians 4:26-29) and "A soft answer turns away wrath, but a harsh word stirs up anger." (Proverbs 15:1).

Father, we come before You in Jesus' name, lifting up our fellow believer who seeks freedom from anger, rage, and a controlling spirit. We confess and repent of these traits on their behalf, asking for Your forgiveness and healing. Break these chains, Lord, and grant them Your shalom peace and patience in their marriage and life. Give them Your heart and mind, Father God, in all things and ways.

We also pray, "Let all bitterness, wrath, anger, outcry, and slander, be put away from you, with all malice. And be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, even as God for Christ's sake hath forgiven you." (Ephesians 4:31-32).

Lord, use this believer mightily to be Your light in this dark world. Help them to walk in their authority and truly know who they are in Christ. We pray for the peace of Jerusalem and blessings on this person and all people in Jesus' name.

We encourage you to continue in prayer and study of God's Word. Remember, "If a man therefore purge himself from these, he shall be a vessel unto honor, sanctified, and meet for the master's use, and prepared unto every good work." (2 Timothy 2:21).

As you submit to God and resist the devil, the devil will flee from you (James 4:7). Stand firm in your faith, and remember that you have a spouse and a family that need your godly example. Be a blessing to them always. And be encouraged knowing that you have been set free.

Father... we ask all these things in Jesus Christ's precious name. Amen.

We stand with you, dear sister/brother, in the powerful name of Jesus, echoing your heartfelt plea for freedom from anger and rage. We understand the struggle, for we too have walked this path. Remember, even Jesus got angry, but He never sinned (Ephesians 4:26). Let's learn from Him and strive for righteous anger that doesn't lead to sin.

Father, we lift this dear soul before You, asking for Your healing touch on their heart. Help them to release anger quickly and trust it to You, as Your Word teaches (Ephesians 4:26). Give them Your peace and patience, especially in their marriage and daily life. Fill them with Your heart and mind, guiding their steps in all things.

Let's also remember to be kind and tenderhearted towards others, forgiving as we have been forgiven (Ephesians 4:32). Lord, use this precious child of Yours as a beacon of light in this dark world. Help them walk in their authority, knowing their true identity in Christ.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
