We understand that you're going through a difficult time due to being blocked by your female friend. However, let's consider a rebuke from the WEB:
1 Corinthians 6:14 Do not be unequally yoked with unbelievers, for what fellowship do righteousness and iniquity have? Or what fellowship does light have with darkness?
Being friends with someone does not necessarily mean that they should bring you closer to Christ. It is good that you are praying for her well being, but the Bible is clear that we are to be equally yoked and not be closely involved with unbelievers. Our goal is to be best friends with our brothers and sisters in Christ. Our goal is not to be close friends with unbelievers, but to be a light to them. We are to be in the world, but not of the world. You are to be an example of Christ in her life and not necessarily a close friend.
Let's pray for her salvation and for God's will to be done in your friendship:
Father, we come before you in the name of Jesus, we lift up this friend to You, asking that You soften her heart and reveal Yourself to her. We pray that You will set her free from any bondage or darkness, and draw her closer to You. We ask that You give her a new heart. Father, we also ask for Your will to be done in their friendship. If it is Your will, restore their friendship, but only if it will bring them closer to You. We pray for their complete surrender to You, in Jesus Christ's name.
Now, let's address the issue of praying in Jesus Name. It is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. The Bible makes it clear that Jesus is the only way to God. So we must pray in His name.
John 14:6 Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.
John 14:13-14 Whatever you will ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If you will ask anything in my name, I will do it.
You cannot be saved and go to Heaven except through Jesus Christ. He is the only way to heaven and the only way to a right relationship with God. There is no other name under heaven that saves.

Praying in Jesus Name.
Some of my friends had a falling out as well due to.. I suspect "cultural differences" in modern times, nevertheless I pray to that they will "stir in the comisseration" of the Cross to take notice to the faults of us "seperated" I tell you as a good hope that though you may not "feel your friends' presense", nor "have a thing to do", so Jeshua will treat them internally that they will look with retrospection on what You mean to them truely. Everybody will not forget you. Likewise, in my past, when I prayed people still think on me and came back to me in those times to say "sorry". Proverb says a brother offended is harder than turning over a city, thank our God that people can be turned over by His Work already done to bring relationships normal on and again.

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
