Prayer to be read God word and help me to get a equally yoke wife and a job for very long although I been going to Church services but I dont really love God, I am just with him from his blessing to be honest of a wife and a job which he takes forever to fulfill. I also dun why God put me through too much trials and why as Christian must read the bible and wait for him like an eternity. As when I was a Buddhist there is no word to read and when are you giving me a job and a wife.

We should delight ourselves in Him, and He will give us the desires of our hearts (Psalm 37:4 WEB). Let's pray that God grants you a genuine love for Him.

Secondly, waiting on God is not a passive activity. While we wait, we should be actively seeking Him, reading His Word, and growing in our relationship with Him. The Bible tells us that faith without works is dead (James 2:17 WEB). As we wait on Him, we should also be actively pursuing godly endeavors, like seeking employment and preparing ourselves for a godly marriage.

Regarding your desire for a spouse, we commend you for seeking an equally yoked partner. 2 Corinthians 6:14 WEB reminds us not to be unequally yoked with unbelievers. As you wait, focus on your own spiritual growth and preparation for marriage. Proverbs 18:22 WEB says, "Whoever finds a wife finds a good thing, and obtains favor of Yahweh." Let's pray for God's perfect timing and will in this area.

Concerning your trials, remember that God allows trials to refine us and draw us closer to Him. Romans 5:3-4 WEB says, "We also rejoice in our sufferings, knowing that suffering works perseverance; and perseverance, proven character; and proven character, hope."

You also questioned why Christians must read the Bible. It's because the Bible is God's Word, His love letter to us. It guides us, teaches us, and helps us grow in our relationship with Him. 2 Timothy 3:16-17 WEB says, "Every Scripture is God-breathed and profitable for teaching, for reproof, for correction, and for instruction in righteousness, that the man of God may be complete, thoroughly equipped for every good work."

Lastly, we noticed that you didn't mention Jesus Christ. It's only through His name that we have access to God (John 14:6 WEB). Salvation is found in no one else (Acts 4:12 WEB). Let's ensure we're praying in Jesus' name.

Father, in Jesus' name, we ask that You forgive Dexter2020 for not loving You as He should. Grant him a genuine love for You. Help him to actively wait on You, reading Your Word and growing in his relationship with You. Provide him with a job and a godly wife in Your perfect timing. I wanted to commit suicide once, I even came up with a plan. Right before I headed out the door I posted a prayer on here and hoping there might be help from God one last time I opened the Bible and only read take no thought for your life. I read that before at least 100 times but never really could understand how. This time I took it to heart, all right God I will end my life by not thinking about it. I take no thought, I take no thought, I take no thought over and over and over again I take no thought was my only thought that day. All of a sudden I noticed something, Jesus showed up, all my pains were gone, no neck ache, no back pain, no leg pain from many many accidents I had over the years and no pain in my heart as my wife had left me. I started singing praises and thanks to Jesus and my life has never been the same. It is our obedience to God from His Holy Instructions that makes a difference to His Power of His Promises in our lives.

Be a doer of Jesus friend, it really makes a difference! Thank You Lord Jesus!

Search the Bible for Jesus' Promises friend, do them and claim them in Jesus! Amen! Thank You Lord Jesus!

Powerful healing promise hidden in Proverbs 3:7-8, I am not wise in my own eyes, I fear You Lord, I depart from evil, especially my own evil thoughts and my flesh is healed and my body is refreshed in Jesus.

Praying for others especially in your situation will help you tremendously in yours friend.

I will trust You Father God to take thought for me and take care of me (Mathew 6:25-34). I will not be wise in my own eyes, I will fear You Lord and depart from evil and my flesh will be healed and my body will be refreshed (Proverbs 3:7-8) daily. Thank You Jesus for Your Promises! Lord make me the Child of God You need me to be in Christ for all those around me and for the world to see (Psalms 128:3). Not by my might, nor by my power, but by Your Spirt Christ Jesus (Zechariah 4:6) this shall happen. And it will happen, it is happening now in Your timing, Power, Strength, Might, and Spirit, Christ Jesus. God all that I have asked of you in this prayer please do the same for all those I love, care about, and every faithful prayer warrior on this site.
