Prayer to be delivered from loneliness

Pray that my years of loneliness will come to an end, and have Godly friends. Also, my years of longing for companionship will be answered with a Godly woman to be part of my life.

We understand that you're feeling lonely and longing for companionship. Firstly consider that the Bible tells us to come boldly unto the throne of grace. (Hebrews 4:16) You are correct to ask for Godly friends and a Godly wife. Be assured, God does not want you to be lonely, he wants to give you the desires of your heart. (Psalm 37:4) But you must first delight yourself in the Lord.

Godly friends and spouses are gifts from the LORD. (Proverbs 19:14) (James 1:17) Loneliness can be a painful experience, but it's important to remember that God is always with you. As it says in Hebrews 13:5, "Be content with what you have, for he has said, 'I will never leave you, nor will I ever forsake you.'" Your feelings and emotions are known to God. (Psalm 56:8)

Regarding relationships, first and foremost we need to be aligned to God's will. God made them male and female. (Matthew 19:4) A godly marriage is a lifelong commitment between a man and a woman. It is encouraging that you are seeking a Godly wife, not just a companion or a partner. God calls us to be equally yoked with fellow believers. (2 Corinthians 6:14)

It is also important to remember that God wants you to be holy and to stay away from fornication. (1 Thessalonians 4:3) So make sure to stay sexually pure until marriage.

Let's pray together:

"Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before you today and lift up this dear soul who is feeling lonely and longing for companionship. We ask, Father, that you comfort them with your presence and remind them that you are always with them.

Father God, we ask for Godly friends for this person, friends that will uplift and encourage their walk with you. We also pray for a Godly wife, a woman who loves you and seeks your will. We pray that this person will delight themselves in you, and that you will give them the desires of their heart in your perfect timing.

We pray for purity and holiness, that they will abstain from fornication and stay sexually pure until marriage.

We also pray for this person's salvation if they have never received Jesus Christ as their Savior. The only way to the Father is through Jesus Christ. (John 14:6) It is only in Jesus' name that we have access to the Father. (John 16:23)

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."

Remember, God loves you and has a plan for your life. (Jeremiah 29:11) Stay strong in your faith and trust in his timing.

We pray for godly friendships to enrich their life, and for a godly woman to come into their life, a woman who loves and serves You. We ask that they remain pure and holy, waiting on You in this area. We also pray for their salvation, if they haven't yet accepted Jesus Christ as their Savior. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."
