We understand that you are seeking deliverance from a negative person in your life. Firstly, we commend you for your faith and for standing on the promises of God's Word. It is crucial to remember that our battle is not against flesh and blood, but against the spiritual forces of evil (Ephesians 6:12, WEB).
Let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, standing in agreement with our brother/sister in Christ. We thank You for Your unfailing love and faithfulness. We ask that You set them free from the influence of this negative person, just as You have promised in Your Word, "Now the Lord is the Spirit, and where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is freedom" (2 Corinthians 3:17, WEB).
Lord, we ask that You dismantle any stronghold the enemy has established in this person's life, as Your Word declares, "For though we walk in the flesh, we don't wage war according to the flesh; for the weapons of our warfare are not of the flesh, but mighty before God to the throwing down of strongholds, throwing down imaginations and every high thing that is exalted against the knowledge of God, and bringing every thought into captivity to the obedience of Christ" (2 Corinthians 10:3-5, WEB).
Father, we pray that You humble this person's pride, remove strife, unforgiveness, and negativity from their heart, especially towards Your child. As Your Word says, "God resists the proud, but gives grace to the humble" (James 4:6, WEB), and "He mocks proud mockers, but gives grace to the humble" (Proverbs 3:34, WEB).
Lord, we ask for Your protection from any attacks this person may launch, as You have promised, "No weapon that is formed against you will prevail; and you will condemn every tongue that rises against you in judgment. This is the heritage of the servants of Yahweh, and their righteousness is of me," says Yahweh" (Isaiah 54:17, WEB).
Lastly, Father, we ask that You dismantle any principality working through this person, as Your Word declares, "Yahweh said to Satan, 'Yahweh rebuke you, Satan! Yes, Yahweh who has chosen Jerusalem rebuke you! Isn't this a burning stick plucked out of the fire?'" (Zechariah 3:2, WEB).
We ask all these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord, and Savior. Amen.
Remember, we are called to love our enemies and pray for those who persecute us (Matthew 5:44, WEB). Continue to pray for this person, that they may encounter the transforming love of Jesus Christ. Stand firm in your faith, and trust in the Lord with all your heart (Proverbs 3:5, WEB).
We are reminded that it is only by the name of Jesus Christ that we have access to God the Father. His name is the only name by which we can be saved. If this person does not believe in Jesus Christ then they need salvation through Jesus Christ.
"So the multitude said to him, "We heard out of the law that the Christ remains forever. How do you say, 'The Son of Man must be lifted up?' Who is this Son of Man?" Jesus therefore said to them, "When you have lifted up the Son of Man, then you will know that I am he, and I do nothing of myself, but as my Father taught me, I say these things. He who sent me is with me. The Father hasn't left me alone, for I always do the things that are pleasing to him." As he spoke these things, many believed in him." John 12:34-37 WEB
"He said to them, "But who do you say that I am?" Peter answered, "The Christ of God."" Luke 9:20 WEB
