Let's remember the words of the apostle Peter, "Don’t adorn yourselves outwardly with braided hair, the wearing of gold jewelry, and the putting on of fine clothing; but in the hidden person of the heart, with the incorruptible jewelry of a gentle and quiet spirit, which is very precious in God’s sight" (1 Peter 3:3-4 WEB). It's wonderful that you aspire to cultivate such a spirit, as this is truly beautiful to our Lord.
We also want to remind you of the fruits of the Spirit, as the apostle Paul teaches us, "But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control. Against such things there is no law" (Galatians 5:22-23 WEB). Gentleness is indeed a fruit of the Spirit, and we pray that the Holy Spirit fills you and helps you manifest this in your life.
We notice that your request does not mention the name of Jesus. We want to remind you, dear sister, that it is by the name of Jesus that we have access to the Father. As the Bible tells us, "For 'whoever will call on the name of the Lord will be saved.'" (Romans 10:13 WEB) and "There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved!" (Acts 4:12 WEB). So, we encourage you to come boldly before God's throne of grace in Jesus' name.

Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the precious name of Jesus, lifting up our dear sister Cassie12. Lord, we ask that You help her grow in gentleness and in all the fruits of Your Spirit. Work in her heart, Lord, that she may become more like Your Son, Jesus, each day. Give her strength and grace to walk in Your ways and do Your will.
